When Soulstar offers candle work. It's not just a focus on the candle. It's a focus on you. The candle is just the tool and guide. When coming to her, I really didn't know what I need, I just knew what I felt.
She provided a counseltation before just going into candle work. She explained to me what I needed. She wrote the intentions for me and even provided a mini reading of the outcome of the candle work. She kept me informed during the process.
I'll admit, I even had an emotional moment that was outside of what I paid for, she took time to be gentle and patient with me. THAT is not only customer service, yet it was intentional.
